What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is based on neuro science and uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. It allows the client to effectively re-wire their own neuropathways. The hypnotic state enables the client to become more susceptible to suggestion, working with the sub-conscious to change thoughts and habits through altering perception.

Will you make me do something which I am not comfortable?

Absolutely not! The client remains in complete control whilst under Hypnosis. They are just in a deeply relaxed state. The client can stop the session at any time should they wish to.
